After another pathetic loss, this time to Portland, the Wiz are in the press for all the negative reasons. Discord in the locker room, the longest tenured player saying "F**k you" to the Coach who's clueless, the 2nd longest tenured player criticizing the GM during practice to his face while in altercation with one of this summer's crappy acquisitions!
In any case, as we can see, the issue was not Marcin Gortat or Nene or whoever else we want to name. The issue starts at the top and one Ted Leonsis has refused to change the culture of this franchise for 8 years now.
TONIGHT... The Clippers, a much more likeable team, come to DC looking to cap off a stretch of 3 games in 4 nights. They destroyed the Wiz in LA a couple weeks ago. Who knows if Howard suits up but even if he does, the energy of the Clippers alongside their rebounding and superior team chemistry should be good for a double digit victory!
