I think he wont win the appeal if he appeals at all. He needs to show accountability and complete remorse. To appeal is to say you've been unjustly punished. That's not something he wants to communicate.

He said he won't appeal the 8 game suspension. He needs to focus on his conditioning and be ready for week 9.
He should be grateful to still be in the league.

I do not understand why not communicate, but on the other hand it’s true, you need to be ready for week 9. Still, the site
