Aye. I gave it my best shot, but he cannot be beaten. Aye, it is.

Re: 2019 Trade Thread
I shouldn't give away the scouting report, but if it evens things out, I'm horrible at defending the pick and roll and I can't go left..
OT, because I don't think we're one of them, but apparently multiple teams have called the Bucks with interest in Thon Maker..

Rozier+Bird for Patrick Beverly
Gives us a defensive back-up PG and a leader on the second unit. Can also hit the three at a bit better % than Rozier...

Interesting collection of comments from agents on the trade deadline...
One says his players read hoopshype & social media - so I’m choosing to believe we’re the shadow front office

Beverly is a nice role player, but it’d be selling very low on Rozier, especially the way he’s been playing.

Beverley is a role player who is playing 30 mpg and playing very well.
Hayward and the Clips pick to Dallas for Harrison Barnes (player option).

I'm guessing a big trade will happen today. Probably a Memphis player moved somewhere.

I dont want to get off topic but why did that happen?
It always felt wrong to me this guy pretended to be a Celtic fan as if a grown man could switch allegiance like that out of no where.

Re: 2019 Trade Thread
As an attempt to get on the wall of shame, how about:
Marc Gasol, Kyle Anderson & Shelvin Mack for Hayward, Rozier & MEM FRP?
Why for Celtics: Since Embiid joined the league, Gasol has been one of the few big-men who could slow him down (14 PPG on 0.344 FG% in 5 games). Both Anderson and Mack are good defenders who won't take many shots away from those who SHOULD take them.
Why for Grizzlies: They're officially tanking. They get their pick back, get rid of Anderson's awful contract (his contract is 1 year longer than Hayward's) and add a young promising PG as Conley's replacement.
Contracts match perfectly (http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=y8stgbcp).

Memphis has been trying to get rid of Chandler Parsons. Why would they double their trouble by taking on Hayward?

Hayward for Parsons, Green and removal of all protections on the Memphis pick. Boston has the option of using the pick this year or rolling it over to 2020.

If people thought Danny did IT dirty then this would be a PR nightmare.
Hayward is here for the long haul or until he finally recovers.

Re: 2019 Trade Thread
Is everyone still drinking the kyrie cool aid? His body language has been horrible recently and it's pretty clear he isn't resigning. Why aren't we talking about trading him? Moving him for porzingis would have been perfect, too bad

His body language looked pretty damn good yesterday.
