Can I get permission to send pms for the games on here?

I have joined the games on here and every time I wanna trade with someone and send them a pm, it says “forums administrators need to give u permission”. Where do I get that? I have messaged the help forum, no response. Tagged bigger names in here for help, and have gotten zero response. A few members in the games has given me some help. And that hasn’t help yet either. It only allows me to pm about 10% of the people in the games. Why is that? I know this is the wrong location for that, but I’m frustrated .. is it the app or is it me? (Flame away there

I CLICK on your name. And it doesn’t give me the option to pm or follow u. But it does for a couple others. I’m logged on on my phone, my work phone and my work iPad and it won’t let me log in online, so i am hoping the app covers it.
