it's ironic, playing well and winning a game make the fan base angry.

Maybe we ought to have a Tanker of the Game on nights that we lose.

Why I wish for the best of the worst anti-tank losers tournament. I like the idea of developing parity among teams that are trying to win instead of seeing fans cheering to lose. An elimination tourney of teams that missed the playoffs would be fun to watch.

Yes 8th seeds might still tank to try to land in the lotto tourney in the right year, but if the winner just got better odds in the lottery instead of right to the top pick, and players got incentive bonus for winning teams during the non-playoff series, then it seems to me fine that a sop to parity exists if we reshuffle the deck from the middle instead of rewarding the losers for artfully failing.
