I've been putting together my own stats season by season for a bit now. This 'll be the third season I've posted a season summary here.
These stats are basically centered around contextual adjustments, composite scores, and contrast between composite scores. You can check the '17 thread and last year's thread for a bit more detail regarding methodology (and results from those years). I'm not selling, just sharing.
(ETA - rankings are relative to 376 players who played 400+ minutes for a single team)

Re: '18-19 Player Stats
Some interesting things there.
JT, Jaylen, Horford, and Mook were all down in overall rank from your rankings last year. The 1st 3 I suppose were expected, Mook being worse doesn't seem to mesh with the season he had.
Smart's overall rank jumped from 196 to 103 even though his overall defensive rank dropped from 10th to 58th because of his improvements on the offensive end.
Tatum's 8th overall defensive rating is a bit surprising, especially since it's 2 years running now. I've thought his defense is good, but not great though I also thought it was better this year than last. Having said that, Brad still routinely pulls him for blowing assignments. I'm not quite ready to buy him as a top 10 defender yet, but think one day he may be considered that nationally.
As for the rest of the league some interesting things:
Siakim at 11th overall and 1 ranking above of Kawhi. Clearly this is due to Kawhi's load management more than anything, but Siakim was really freaking good this year.
Butler at 10 right in front of them. No way Butler is better than Kawhi.
No sign of Embiid or Simmons in the top 15. I've thought these 2 were overrated this whole year, especially Simmons.
Eric Bledsoe at 14 overall seems quite high. He must play great against other teams because he does a disappearing act whenever we face him.
Ingram at 146 and Ball at 288. Ouch.
Fultz at 347. OUCH. So glad Ainge is the drafting for us.

Mook was up a slight bit on offense - defense is where he took a fall.
(also, most of our team fell a little bit defensively, it was in part a team effort thing IMO)
Also, the offense around him improved a bit this season - so some of the statistics utilized expected him to shoot slightly better. And while his efficiency did improve this year, it didn't really improve relative to his teammates' efficiency. His rank amongst teammates was similar.
Smart's overall rank jumped from 196 to 103 even though his overall defensive rank dropped from 10th to 58th because of his improvements on the offensive end.
Yes - some stats factoring into offensive score are presuming that if a player is xxx less efficient than his teammates, he is likely a low priority for opposing defenses. So his rise in offensive efficiency had a slight bit of a domino effect there.

I'm with you but for a 20 y/o this is still very impressive within the context of my spreadsheets. He projects as someone whose defense takes the league by surprise next season.
(ETA - I just went and glanced at about 10 years worth of spreadsheets - besides Tatum, MKG and Anthony Davis are the only < 21 year old players to rank top 20 defensively. Tatum is the only one to rank top 10)

I knew Siakam had a good year, but his ranking took me by surprise.

Fultz at 347. OUCH. So glad Ainge is the drafting for us.
Ingram came in at 134 last season, Ball 230. Not to disagree with you per se, but these rankings are explained by injuries and low minutes as much as anything else.

Re: '18-19 Player Stats
Great work as usual. One question, how do you measure Underutilization? (It's ofc understandable if you can't give a precise answer.)
I find it interesting to see Theis at 9th as I've always maintained the opinion that he's pretty good and could flourish in a bigger role as long it is clearly defined (due to his matchup-dependency).

The formula is Overall Score times Minutes Not Played Per Game.
