Sixers Do Not Renew Medical Staff

Post#1 » by BullyKing » Tue Jun 4, 2019 3:52 pm

Read on Twitter

I have no idea whether these guys did anything specifically wrong but there was enough weird and unusual issues surrounding the health of the team that I don't think anyone could have a problem with this.

I just hope the next group are specialists in preventing "upper respiratory infections"

the plan is to get as good as quickly as possible....I fully believe we could have been a borderline playoff team last year by adding young veterans....using or draft picks and cap space.....can I specifically tell you who? no.

Just came to post this same thing.

Needless to say this is long overdue. Now can they get rid of the guys who actually do the care as well? Because those guys have been here longer and are more at fault IMO. Also on the agenda: hiring a new training staff top to bottom, and a nutritionist who doesn’t try to kill the players.

Long overdue. Hopefully there's a plan in place to improve in this department.

Interesting- head outside Dr. (or at least orthopedist) is the same Dr that treated Kahwi’s injury in NY. He’s a phenomenal orthopedist and a great guy(happens to be my Dr as well) - they’d be crazy to get rid of that guy.

The offseason is off to a good start.
They say an analytics man doesn't have a heart, but I ran the numbers and nothing can be further from the truth - Sam Hinkie probably

Pretty sure his relationship with the Sixers precedes Medina’s, believe he was involved with the 2nd Embiid foot surgery, maybe even earlier. Doubt that changes.

Flushed em out nice and clean. Much like the diarrhea all our players were getting this season from the gastroenteritis epidemic.

Questions the next medical staff must ask.

Do you have a shellfish or peanut allergy?
Have you ever been tested to see if you are allergic to anything?
The Accession of Paul Reed is upon us !

You want it to be one way....but it's the other way.

Their body of work was impressive here. Them almost successfully pioneering the "death by Sesame Oil" with Zhaire Smith tops the list for me.

Also underrated was Justin Anderson missing the better part of a season due to shin splints.

I cant remember one single player coming back from an injury earlier than expected. It was always weeks or months later than expected.
