At this point they are giving him chances trying to salvage that bad trade. That needs to stop. He sucks and should have been set to AAA two months ago.

He can't be used in high leverage situations that's for sure.

Still, as bad as this loss was - and it was pretty bad, lol - if we win this afternoon's game, we take 2 out of 3 in DC. I'll take that. Then we come home and play Philly for 3 this weekend where we can take at least 2 of 3.

So we came back today and not only got an important win but took the series from the Nats - in DC! - but also cleansed the palate of that hideous lass last night.

At game 138 in 2017, Judge had 40 homers

yeah i mean im frustrated but its been so odd. The guy can throw 10 great pitches in a row then throws one bad pitch and its hit for a homer. If you watch a game usually 1 or 2 times an inning a pitcher will miss somewhere its usaully fouled off or hit right at someone or if its hit mostly hit for a single or double.

Everytime this guy misses its a homer...ive never seen anything like it. He has 80 k's in 50 innings...but snake bitten with homers mostly due to his fault (hanging a slider) but I gotta think he's tipping pitches...how do people consistently square up 99-100 MPH?

Because his fastball doesn't have a lot of movement. Also when you're a pro hitter and you consistently watch 99mph straight fastball, it's like nothing for these guys

last year:

he struck out 11 in 7 on september 1st
