Time to Give Rich Paul Some Love

Post#1 » by thebigbird » Sun Jun 16, 2019 12:06 am

Kawhi's agent didn't get him to the team he wanted. Paul George's agent didn't get him to the team he wanted. Kyrie Irving's agent didn't get him to the team he wanted. Anthony Davis wanted to be a Laker, and Rich Paul made it happen. Give it up to him.

Didn't Kyrie want to go to Celtics? Also Kawhi's agent tried, but the Raptors were willing to pay a lot and take a risk on resigning Kawhi. Same with Thunder and PG. They all threatened not to resign, which is the only leverage the player has in this situation.

Rich Paul works for Lebron. Lebron wanted Davis. Paul delivered with shameless blackmail and ignoring existing contracts.

I don’t see this trade happening without Griffin. Woj tried to play it off but this feels funny. You gave your franchise player to the team in the same conference while drafting a franchise player. How does this help Zion seeing if things go sour he can bail out and go to LA?

Say what you want about him, but if i was in the nba and was a player, i'd want Paul representing me since he can get you the outcomes you want.

Yep, basically what I was tryna say. He gets his dudes paid too. He gets so much hate, and people say he's only successful because of LeBron, but he's turning into a force to be reckoned with. He gets things done for his guys. Players around the league will notice.

all it took was some tampering....the real credit should go to LeGM..Rich Paul did nothing, he's just Lebron's puppet

Celtics were never on Kyries list. He had like the Wolves, Spurs, Suns, Heat, and Knicks or something like that. No Celtics though.

All of Rich Paul’s biggest deals come from Lebron flexing his power as the league’s biggest star. He’s just a figurehead.

“Parasite,” “clown,” “scumbag,” etc. Read all of these invectives against him this week. Looks like he got his client what he wanted.
