To think just a little over a year ago we were beating the Sixers in the playoffs. And Baynes was huge against Embiid. Now look at our team. It’s a little sad right now. But a fresh start is exciting.
If Al stayed, I think Baynes would have stayed too.
Capela would look nice on this team. So would Vuc.

Not that I'm a specialist when it comes to roster building but considering the fact we had Semi drafting Langford(and I like him a ton)was weird. Then we signed 2 PGs to 2 way contracts and we have Edwards.. So we got like Brown/Tatum/Hayward/Langford/Edwards/Semi/Smart(the 2 2 way contracts) and only 3 bigs in Yabu, Williams and Grant W.... With Yabu being borderline useless we got 2 bigs. We need starting caliber big(s) asap...even if we're tanking..

Ainge can go. He got gifted KG by McHale and hoarded and lost assets since then.OBisHalJordan wrote:If Baynes doesn't get bought out and was sent to NBA no man's because DA's ego had to win the trade, then, DA is a total scumbag who needs to go. As far as I am concerned, everything that's happened since the IT trade--the Hayward injury, the Kyrie injury, the playoff run and two returning stars that destroyed this past season, AD trade falling apart, Kyrie and AL leaving--are all Karma for the IT trade. I know there are many Ainge-stans who will die on that hill but, as far as I'm concerned, that was an all time scumbag move. If there wasn't an agreement to buy him out, then Baynes trade could a lesser scumbag move but still a **** thing to do.

We won 48 games with Amir Johnson, KO and Sully as our bigs but there was no Embiid back then. I like the idea of getting Vuvevic one the one hand - who else is there? - but we will never get anywhere without an elite defensive big. I think RW is legit but I think he is a couple of years away. I think it’s time to buckle up for a talkathon.
