Dwyane Wade Signs Multiyear Deal With TNT

Post#1 » by RealGM Wiretap » Wed Oct 23, 2019 1:10 am

Dwyane Wade has agreed to a multiyear deal with WarnerMedia to appear on TNT's coverage of the NBA as well as the Final Four.

Wade will be a regular analyst for TNT's Tuesday night suite coverage alongside Shaquille O'Neal and Candace Parker.

“I’m thrilled and grateful to be joining the WarnerMedia family with many exciting opportunities ahead,” said Wade. “I have great respect for TNT’s team of analysts and their longstanding commitment to quality sports coverage. After sixteen seasons in the NBA, I look forward to connecting with my fans in this new role and bringing my own perspective to the game I love.”

“Dwyane is a special talent. He’s a transcendent star with a charismatic, engaging and thoughtful personality on and off the court,” said Jeff Zucker, Chairman, WarnerMedia News and Sports. “We’re thrilled to welcome him to the WarnerMedia family and we could not be more excited to partner with him on these special projects.”

Never found Wade insightful.

If you put Kobe, Draymond or Lebron once they retire, I would really be interested in them speak. But for some reason Wade always kind of cane off as a di.k and quite arrogant.

I would enjoy watching Draymond as an analyst. Him, Lowry and McCollum would be a fun trio.

Wade has zero TV persona ... it will just be a love fest between Shaq and Wade ( reminiscing of how they brought the first title to Miami ).

The best former NBa player turned analyst has to be Jim Jackson : super insightful, meaningful in his analysis and great on screen charisma.
