Just imagine how horrible this last decade would have been if the Wizards would have gotten stuck with Gilchrist.

One of the best developments of the year so far.
If Beal is finally getting a favorable whistle in the league , he should be an efficient 25ppg+ scorer for another 5-6 seasons at least.

It's not just star treatment. Beal has finally figured out all of the tricks of the trade. He reminds me a bit of DeRozan, but better at getting to the rack. He just knows how to get into you and draw a foul at the last second.
Man, if he can just get his 3-ball back up to career averages, he'd be All-NBA. If you take his current numbers, but assume a 40% 3P%, he'd be averaging 31.2 points a game on a TS% of .622.

Increased strength has really helped him. He’s entering his prime and it’s really a shame he wasn’t named an All-Star.. smh

He's made 8 of his last 12. He's still a low volume 3 point shooter, but he's made 40% on the season and has shown lots of improvement. If he can keep on gradually improving, we got something there.

I mean all game long it was non stop he was snubbed oh what a disrespect on and on. And Beal with this just sour look on his face all night sulking around shaking his head, after that block where he just paced around shaking his head about he just made a play like that and he’s not an allstar all while his team is at the other end of the court missing a shot without rebound because that playing 4 on 5 I mean enough already dude get over yourself!
This stuff just really gets on my nerves, this whole I’m the franchise player mentality and don’t disrespect me and the team needs to be built around me and they need to appease me or I might want to leave. Dude maybe you’re not as good as you think you need to improve your defense one thing we learned from Kobe is take pride in your D, just because the Wizards anointed you franchise player and overpaid you doesn’t mean you are a shoe in for all star or it’s some big disrespect I mean his post game with Chris I thought he seriously was about to cry.
Then Halliburton said he bolted after the game without talking to press or answering any questions because he was so upset. They won the game! I mean what a baby, that whole game just blew my mind what a ridiculous reaction.
