In watching the Clippers sink, it was painfully obvious that they needed a reliable offensive threat in the post. Vuc provides that and much more. He's a 3 level scorer now that his range extends to the 3 point line. They struggled hard for rebounds and missed put backs, things Vuc does great. He is also a very good passer. Not outer worldly like Jokic, but still nicely equipped.
Is getting him back to his college roots where he played at USC possible?

I'm sure they'd love him, but how are they matching salary?

Re: Clippers needed Vucevic
I think they were clearly their best all series when Zubac played. Vuc is a better player, but doesn't do the things Zubac did so effectively. I'd not waste time and energy on Vucevic hurting other areas. I'd try and recruit Marc Gasol to be my other center and let Harrell walk or try and S&T for something else I wanted.

Re: Clippers needed Vucevic
Something like:
Vuc, Fournier (opt in)
For
Harrell S&T, Beverly, Lou
Clippers resign Jackson. Maybe grabs Teague or more PG depth in FA.
Jackson
Fournier
PG3
Kawhi
Vuc
Clippers adds Vuc as their third star. Fournier provides spacing.
Beverly/Lou
Fultz
Isaac
Gordon
Harrell
Orlando gets the best PG situation it’s had in a decade. Harrell is a pricey swap but fits their timeline well.
Doubt it happens but interesting to think about.

I'd ban and revoke my Magic fandom if we EVER got Patrick Beverly on this team.
