SAS Trade

Post#1 » by nickzui » Wed Jan 13, 2021 1:57 pm

I think Spurs need to pursue Zach Lavine

They can trade a lot of their guards to open up for Lavine.

A Patty Mills Demar DeRozan - Zach Lavine would be nice

What you think guys?

Why would Chicago consider this? What debt do they owe the Spurs that they're trying to repay?

It also doesn't work financially but that could be fixed relatively easily.

OP, I'm locking the post because board rules require you to give reasons why both teams would do the trade. Please feel free to repost by also giving Chicago's justification for this. That said, if you do repost, please give serious thought to why Chicago (a rebuilding team) would trade Lavine for two expiring veteran players - and I say that as someone who is decidedly not a Lavine fan.

the plan is to get as good as quickly as possible....I fully believe we could have been a borderline playoff team last year by adding young veterans....using or draft picks and cap space.....can I specifically tell you who? no.
