Damn... from court surfing to this. These two have always been the best in Canada for all basketball and sports fans in general.

Sucks so bad man. They have been part of my daily routine ever since they started. Not sure how they can replace him with anyone worth following. And of all places, friggin BT where I'll never get to watch him lol.

oooff. Just downloaded their podcast yesterday for the first time in months to get the take on George Springer

The split was due, their style was fun when I was 19, seems obnoxious at 30

Masai casually interrupting Norm's interview today to give them well wishes was very cool

Sad day for sports entertainment in Toronto.

I grew up on these guys and gave all of great memories of their time together.

Best of luck to both.

Wade is basically Ben Gordon without the 3-point shooting. Sure, he's been a pretty good defender this year, so that would upgrade, but I'd rather have Gordon because he's cheaper and can hit those threes

These two are Toronto sports legends.

When the score was just sports highlights and news channel back in the day as Headline Sports, Tims deep voice was easily recognizable and lots of funny one liners, stuff that wouldn't fly today. I would watch that channel all day as a child.

Sid joined a bit later on as a newscaster, when they started using the news desk format to provide highlights, and show a few innings of games here and there. I dont know what happened to the score but these two really carried the channel.

Moving to something like CityTV watched by millions would pay a lot more. I would assume lots of people watch that show in the morning?

Sports radio really took a hit, with McCown being removed last year, and now Sid moving on. Hopefully Tim works with someone as charismatic as Sid.

The other dudes that would replace these two while they would be on vacation were horrible

Sid was the weak half of that pairing and often veered into annoyance for me, so with luck, they can put someone better next to Tim and move the show into higher quality and status.

Damn, I didn’t watch much these days but I was a big fan during Court Surfing. Good for Sid, that’s a nice gig.

I'm sure it can still happen, but watching that it's hard for me to picture Masai turning around and trading Norm.
There goes my hero. Watch him as he goes.
