Let's go!
I care more about the play than the score at the end.

I think so needed a two week reboot but feeling better now. I missed my Suns family so it's great to be here especially with Phoenix on a 16 game winning streak. Let's get ready for battle!

Teams that have won 17 in a row (if we win this game) in the past 10 years have won the championship 42% of the time.

I'm not too fussed by these 2 games against GSW but it'd be nice to keep playing well.

Very interesting, thanks for bringing it up.

According to this website, the Suns are now 21st on longest winning streak of all time. ( the 06-07 suns team were 17th on the list with you guessed it SEVENTEEN straight wins).

One concerning issue with our team this year is blowing big leads. it already happened with Spurs, Cavs, Nets, kings and possibly more games I've forgotten about. One minute we lead by 15 to 20 points and next the lead is trimmed down to single digits. It's a blessing we are really good at not blowing the lead fully and able to close out games with our two snipers in Book & CP3.

What do you guys think why does our team blos huge leads? Sooner or later it might start costing us games especially in the playoffs, but hopefully by that time we manage to figure it out.

Net fan here, hope you guys roast the damn Warriors to hell and kill their momentum and spirit. Cannot stand that team. You guys wiped the floor with the Nets and we deserved it considering our effort was piss poor. You feasted on us.

I was thinking about this game already and if there's ANY game/series we'll need Ayton in, it's this one. His size can be key for us since he can get Looney and Draymond in foul trouble while being essentially undefendable down there. This is another small team w/o Wiseman-and even when they get him back he's no comparison to DA.

If they can manage to get Draymond a few fouls, then he has to sit and he's so important to everything they do. Offense, defense, he's the actual heart and soul of that team. Us taking it down there and forcing the issue with their bigs could be our biggest advantage against these guys.

If Ayton truly wants to prove he's a max guy, he needs to show up this month in our 3 Golden State games and show up huge.

Well it's not always up to him when it comes to scoring. It depends on whether guys get him the ball. Suns went like 6 minutes without scoring against the Nets and didn't try to get it to him once. They didn't really have anyone who should be able to defend him either.

I'm sure with it all national tv, Book will want to try and outdo Curry. Ayton will play whatever role they want him to. Rebounds will be a bit harder to get with so many 3s flying that bounce further out, but we will need to rebound well as a team given the Warriors are the #1 rebounding team. Draymond is great at boxing out given his low C of gravity too.

this game is a must win if we want to keep pace with the Warriors, because of course the friday rematch is on a second night of a back to back, this time WITH TRAVEL, while the Dubs don't have anything between Tuesday and Friday. **** the schedule man.

This is true. We need Chris and Monty to recognize the disadvantage and play into it. I feel like I say this all the time but we really need some Ayton centric plays drawn up early and often come Tuesday.

Warriors have been really impressive this year.

Not only do they score the most PPG, but they allow the fewest PPG, and they hold their opponents to the worst FG%. Obviously we lead the league in FG%, probably mainly because we take fewer 3s than all but a couple of teams, but it's crazy they allow the fewest ppg and fg% starting Curry, Poole and Wiggins, even though I know Wiggins has become a solid defender as is Curry. Don't know about Poole, but he must be pretty good too.

We will have to shoot well to keep up with them unless our defense really steps up and we can limit Curry and others to not so great efficiency.

It's tough to utilize Ayton well in this game defensively because they don't score their points from Green or Looney, and Curry is one of those few guys you do NOT want Ayton to switch onto. He's hard enough for anyone to guard, even great quick wing or guard defenders.

It will be pretty disappointing if Ayton doesn’t dominate this game. I expected him to kill the Nets. Was pretty bummed with his effort, good thing we have McGee.

Let’s go SUNS!!
