Fournier was a big mistake.
Randle is the 45th highest paid player in the league at 29 million per year (once his extension kicks in). If we waited then he would have gotten a true max deal making 35+ a year. He's one of 3 players in the league average 20+/10+/5+, Giannis/Jokic being the others. He's 27 year's old. He's a versatile, plus defender, and just was 2nd All-NBA last year. He's making less than D'Lo, Wiggins, Love, Hayward, Porter Jr., McCollum, Siakam and a bunch of other players that he's better than. If you don't think thats a tradable contract then you're high.
If we had waited he would get the same or less than now because he’s ass and the Knicks are still ass with him and everybody understands that.
He’s not a bad player but he’s not better than half of that list and barely better than the rest. He’s that type of guy, yet he’s all the Knicks have to show. They have nothing, know nothing and, I believe, want nothing.
