Position Summary: The main responsibility of the Scout is to evaluate prospective talent. This position is required to attend assigned games and take comprehensive notes to determine if prospective players are talented enough to draft, play for the NBA, or play for the G-league. These notes inform each scouting report required for submission post-game. It is also required to participate in Lakers scouting meetings and calls, which are organized throughout the year.
