IMO Ja Morant is better than Jayson Tatum as the 8th best player in the league

Imo I don't think you can put Jayson Tatum in the same class as Giannis, Jokic, Curry, KD, Lebron, Embiid, Luka.

The top 7 are in a class of their own. In fact, I think that my 8th best player in the league right now.

If we are talking about Kawhi 2019 he's top 4. And Lillard would be 8th.

But I'm not including them until Lillard bounces back to his Peak Self, and we see how Kawhi and PG looks when they come back from Injury.

Right now I think Ja Morant is the 8th best player in the NBA very slightly ahead of Jayson Tatum and Butler

I would probably have both Butler and Tatum ahead of Morant. I definitely thought Tatum had a better regular season last year than Morant - Morant's a little better as a scorer but Tatum's a better shooter, and Morant gives a ton of value back on the defensive end while Tatum is a very good defender. And I didn't see anything in the playoffs that would change that.

Morant is great but his team played better without him last season which is odd.

How are we getting this list when some didn't even make the playoffs playing with a league mvp winner and the all time triple doubles leader for the season?
