Ant was spectacular. He won't be this good every night, but he won't be as bad as when he started the season. I could deal with that output.
Reid and the second squad looked great, but I feel the team could really use a veteran back-up point guard for when D-Lo goes low-effectiveness mode. Finch doesn't have anybody to put in if D-Lo needs to be pulled.
That was a nice timeout by Finch early in the 3rd.
Nowell looks great and he will earn a decent second contract. Maybe swing him at the trade deadline with McDaniels or Reid for a veteran point guard?
Jalen McDaniels looks like he fills his role pretty well.
Decent game by Towns and Gobert. Curious why were are a three point team still when we could kill it from short range every night.

Love finch just calling a timeout when he senses it.
Gonna be a lot of pissed off betters when OKC scored 10 garage points in a min

Interesting question. For most teams the 3 is the most efficient shot. Maybe we can get to the rim enough to make the 2 more efficient than the 3.

I love Ant in the postgame!
Sideline announcer is praising him, saying, “You had 30 points, 11 rebounds, 2 assists, how were you able to dominate?”
Ant interrupts - “I only had two assists? I’ll have to go look at that.”
That’s what a guy who wants to get better says.

Honestly though, he had a few hockey assists.

Re: At OKC. Post game thoughts.
My inner optimist and pessimist are at war over this one, so I will do it pros and cons style.
Pros:
1. Another 30 point game for Ant, this time on only 19 shots.
2. Gobert once again cleaned the glass and dropped 15 and 15.
3. No 3rd quarter meltdown.
4. Our starters got to play reduced minutes on the front end of a back to back.
5. The game was well in hand thanks in no small part to Naz Reid. This allowed a stress free end of game and minutes for Moore.
Cons:
1. No SGA tonight and Giddy went out in the late third/ early fourth.
2. No Naz for the first 3 quarters.
3. Nowell was cold tonight.
4. Too many turnovers. 16 is not acceptable.
5. 29.4 percent 3 point shooting and only 10 makes. This is not a problem against bad teams, but will be against good ones. Not enough volume and too many misses.
6. We gave up 11 offensive rebounds to OKC. We need to do a better job avoiding that.
7. Foul trouble. **** the refs for letting Muscala hit MCD twice with no whistle but give MCD a flagrant for a relatively mild hit.
8. KA still out.
9. Too many easy layups for Giddy and others.
10. Still doesn’t feel like we are running an offense.

I saw the wolves were -9.5 to -10 point favorites and we gave up a ton of final minute garbage points

I didn't bet on this one. I take it we didn't win by 10.
