Still waiting official word on both Paolo Banchero and Chris Paul. Both are questionable.

Let’s go Magic!!!! Sucks that we won’t see Paolo play the day before his birthday, but oh well, heal up. I believe Jalen was 3 games out with the same injury.

I fully believe this game is going to be rough. I honestly just want to see Caleb go ham on 3 pointers.

jalen's injury looked worse and paolo was able to play the rest of the game but jalen wasn't able to iirc....being overly cautious?.....or a move to more ensure an L? maybe he's just legit injured....had no problem getting celebrating last game though.....man idk

Things I'm looking forward to seeing in this game.

- How does Wendell stack up against a legit big?
- Will Suggs make progress seeing the floor?
- Bol getting more aggressive, especially on his catch and shoot
- Chuma's energy as a starter. He's earned this spot (even though it's due to injury)

No one's holding anyone back. Paolo isn't contributing to wins like that. It's very common to let a player heal like 2 games from even a minor ankle tweak, especially if the next game is in 3 days. There was a game last year I think we forced Franz back and he injured the same ankle again 2 mins into the game.

Too bad Paolo won’t get one last chance to be the first teenager to score 200 points in a game.

Listen, I think every Magic fan is on edge when it comes to injuries. They don’t give us timelines, they don’t tell us what is going on, and we have to be patient so I fully believe everyone is just tired and it’s hard to see reason with this organization. We know that they are doing what is best for the players, the communication is just lacking that would put the fans at ease.

I get it, I wanna watch Paolo every game! Ankles are just tricky though because they aren't bad injuries, especially mild ones, just very prone to re-injury without proper time.

Haha. I’m really tired of the “first teenager since” statline as well. I can’t wait until he comes back though because I am interested in knowing if his first 11 games were flukes or foundation.
