Phew. The best game-thread maker is back to making the game threads!

I hope we feed Ayton. Watch out for Draymond Green's usual antics, trying to illicit fouls in unusual ways, playing dirty, etc. I can guarantee whenever Ayton gets the ball in the post, Draymond and others will try to flop in the first few minutes to get him to pick up early ones. On the opposing end of the floor, I could see the Warriors trying to draw contact on Ayton to get the refs to blow the whistle. Their game plan will be to take Ayton out and win the flamethrower contest and just launch shots. It's easy to take Ayton out of the game mentally so hopefully he is prepared for that.

Also... if the Suns do end up losing by a lot, I blame Booker and Ayton for probably playing CoD since the release is today or something..? I could see them both being distracted, trying to learn the new maps, gaining prestige, etc. I could see them even playing at halftime in the locker rooms.

Surprising bad start of season for Warriors. Curry is playing at MVP level and their roster is complete. Read Wiseman was sent to g league, but doubt he's a major contributor in the playoffs, so good opportunity to scout them, while Suns won't show all their cards in this game. Both teams west favourites to win the championship with same odds, x8.

Hopefully Booker shows out tonight against Corny Klay.
Monty if you’re listening please stop playing Landale. He’s so bad. How many 3s will you let him take before you realize he’s not good?

National broadcast so expect first game to go to triple OT.

How dare you say that about Landale. He’s my cousin and a great athlete. Luka is a horrible three point shooter at around 28% and look how great he is.

I'll be there tonight! Hoping to see another Suns W!

ESPN bringing up the 4 FT attempts and blaming the Suns instead of calling out the awful officiating last game. Could the Suns be more aggressive (especially Ayton)? Absolutely. Hopefully we get some homecourt officiating for once in our lives tonight. Warriors have yet to win a game on the road. Seems like a trap game for the Suns. Hope I'm wrong.

What's funny is a Suns beat writer posted on Twitter that the Suns were 2nd to last in FTA's the morning after the Heat game. He must've not fact-checked and just checked the forum because I posted that stat knowing full well that if the Warriors shot under 20 FTs against the Spurs that same night, that they would still be in 2nd to last in FTAs and Suns would actually be 3rd to last.

Anyway... glad to see Suns media members check our forum :D

But yeah, I expect this game to be over in less than an hour since both the Suns and Warriors don't shoot FTs.

The Warriors a trap game?

They also said the Warriors 5 man starting unit is outscoring people by the biggest margin of any 5 man unit in the NBA, but their bench has been getting destroyed. Sounds similar to us.

I don't count this as necessarily an easy game. They haven't played well and we killed them last time, but they are the defending champs with pretty much the same roster as far as major pieces go. Curry has been killing it too.

Wow that's incredible actually. I wonder if their front office thought those role players they had last year didn't actually do much for them. Role players are the glue that holds contending teams together IMO. They lost OPJ, GP3, Lee, Bjelica, Tuscano-Anderson. Did horrible in replacing them.

Nice to see Book take it to the rim. I thought he should have done more of that last game.
