He's kept the team afloat being the most injured team in the NBA and they've managed to hang in there. He gets trashed all the time, sometimes fairly, sometimes unfairly, but just wanted to give the guy his due when he deserves it.

Lol cant get anymore angry at Doc.
Now I’m getting angry with Morey for 2 reasons:
1. He wasted all the free agent money. This team was better last year.
2. He should have fire Doc after last night’s game.

So sick how under appreciated this HOF coach is. Last night, you’re average coach might have been tempted to close-out a mediocre team by going with his hot hand. Harris was light’s out. But rather than keep the responsibilities, and minutes, of his star point guard, returning from injury, under check, and just go for the win, Doc displayed his cunning by throwing caution and in-game momentum to the wind, and stick with his reliable gut tendencies. The roster remains confident that despite the kind of situational concerns a lesser coach would consider, Doc will will remain constant as the morning star.

If Doc gets the team playing better than .500 in the last 30 games of the season he def deserves being in the COTY discussion.

Listened to Nate Duncan podcast. Talked about doc at 1 hour and 4 minute mark. He praised doc for keeping the guys play well while our top 3 guys were out due to injury.

Overall boring podcast altho its very informative. they talked too much about analytics and have very rational categories for each awards

Willie Green has the Pelicans the number 1 seed in the west for much of the season without one of BI or Zion. Look at the job hardy has done in Utah or even Billups in Portland. Rivers is not even in the discussion
