Is that the girl from GoT? Daenrys' right hand?

Is Ayton playing? That ankle twist stepping on that guy looked pretty nasty.

Leonard likely won’t play on back to back games. But we are missing players of our own with CamJ, Ayton, Booker, Payne out.

Yes, I believe that is her as Daenrys’ right hand girl. Also I forgot that Ayton sprained his ankle so I need to edit my post.

I'd pick Ayton if I were choosing to start a team from scratch. I think if Ayton was told he would be the primary player we are building around he would be able to step up and be that type of player. Bridges will always be a super role player though and I'm not discounting what he is to the team, but he isn't someone I feel you can really build around. He can definitely be a plug and play player for any team though.

As far as this game goes, hopefully Booker is back and we get the dub. But doesn't look good without Ayton. Zubac is going to feast for another 30, 20 game.

Seems you were high on Ayton and then less high as of late (which is a bit odd considering his hot stretch until some up and down games since Booker and the team has been off)...

but I have a feeling for some reason that Ayton will be a bit more of a late bloomer and will continue to get better though years 6-8, maybe to a fairly large degree. I don't know why, and I know some for whatever reason don't think he has the right attitude, but I kind of feel the opposite.

I think he has taken a step back on D this year, and a bit last year, but I think this year is due more to an inconsistent lineup and communication...as big of decline as Paul has had on D the last couple years, he still was a good vocal leader in this respect (or I feel he always is) and I think not having him during his injury stretch last year and most of this year hurt our D...Payne may be an active defender, just not anything like Paul as far as being a vocal floor leader. Then missing Jae on top of that hurts. I don't feel Bridges, Payne, Cam, Craig or even Book are totally vocal on the defensive end....Ayton is probably the most vocal but you need everything to work with help D, etc.

I think Ayton had worked on D a great deal his first two offseasons and more on offense and the hook shot the 3rd offseason.

I am unsure Ayton is a player I build around as much a guy that can be an equal or secondary player to a superstar. While I think Book obviously has the biggest responsibility on offense...

Ayton has by far the biggest responsibility overall, when you consider both sides, since he moves a lot on both sides and takes a great overall role than most Cs, even though most of it is dirty work (back line defense and help...where he can improve, switching and perimeter defense, which many of the best rim protector/rebounding Cs don't do as their role/skills/range are limited), and then on offense a lot of moving, screening, dribble handoffs/screens like Bam, Sabonis and Jokic excel at, rolling, finishing, finishing in the post or elbow or top of key, and driving more..putting ball on the floor which I think he worked at some this offseason but in real game play it is faster than in practice obviously so he needs to improve on his handle to avoid getting it stolen...which I imagine he will do.

He has to be kind of a jack of all trades given his role which doesn't particularly allow him to greatly excel at anything (since he can't just focus solely on rim protection, rebounding and finishing at the rim like many) or stretching the floor on offense, like others do to allow Giannis or other players to drive. He does still excel at some things like his efficiency is still strong, despite the bad last game and bad start from midrange this season. He also improved on offensive rebounding from last year and maybe court vision and being aware of where everyone is so he can set guys up for open shots when he gets doubled.

Booker is questionable for tonight I think.
If he plays so soon was he faking the hamstring injury cuz he was looking like garbagio and need to go practice?

No surprises here.

The Clippers say Paul George (left knee soreness) and Kawhi Leonard (right knee injury management) are OUT tonight against Phoenix.

They’re scared. That whole team is frightened including Lue. It’s the reason they do that.

No, it's basically that they don't give a **** about fans and they want to play as few games as possible while getting their max money.

They probably don't know against who the Clippers play tonight.

I’m thinking of putting 100 on Suns & 49ers for a 225 payout but kinda nervous. :noway: :eek2: :brokenheart: :dontknow:  :sigh: :sour: :blank:

You should bet on Rockets. Their last 5 homes games they beat the Hawks, Thunder, Sixers, Bucks and us. And Miami hasn't exactly been good this year.

The Heat, in their last 5, also lost to SA and DET.

Of course my advice is only as good as what you are paying me.

Might as well take the Rockets as well. Betting has gotten more difficult lately, I’ve been taking teams more healthier then others with 8 to 12 point favorites and they been losing. I’m putting 60 to win 300 on Rockets, Suns & 49ers if I lose taking a 2-3 month break. It’s win or go home for me. I might pay you in hugs and kisses if i win. ;)

Why is Booker rushing back with a hamstring injury does he want to re injury it again? I would sit the next few games out so he has at least a few weeks of rest before coming back. I had hamstring injuries and they linger for weeks.

So with Payne and Washington out, who's playing back up point? Shamet?? Mikal? Lee?
