Can we play defense in both halves this game?

Maybe one day soon we can become a

That defense last night against Utah looked like Pistons had been brainwashed into believing the Jazz don't shoot from the three point line, and then just befuddled as to how this Lauri suddenly could shoot from distance. Tonight Pistons might be wondering how this Embid guy always plays like an MVP only against them.

Checking out a few minutes of Embid vs Duren should be enticing. Is Ivey actually putting it together offensively? Expecting a full game of defensive effort and communication isn't on the table though, and I would be surprised if I did more than check out the game a few minutes on my phone here and there.

Killian Hayes is questionable (saw a tweet from James Edwards), left knee contusion.

I kinda expect for Embiid to try and dominate, but Duren will hopefully continue his recent play. He hasn't backed down from anybody and unlike some other bigs we've had, Duren doesn't shy away from contact. He plays strong.

I was hoping he'd play and have a good game.

In for Duren learning the ropes VS Embiid.(hopefully Embiid doesn't flop on Durens knees)Also in for Iveys continued growth.

I am convinced Ivey has all the physical tools, and mentality to be a bigger, stronger version of Morant, he just has to put it altogether. There are flashes when he looks exactly like that, and times he looks exactly like what he is; a rookie, stumbling, and bumbling all over the place.

Been waiting to see how Duren deals with Embiid and his intimidation. You know he will try to bully the kid and will try to push his buttons.

One thing this Pistons team is really damn good at, is getting to the line. They are #1 by almost a full free throw.

I like the thought process, but that was an ugly pair of turnovers by Stewart.

Absolutely, but big to big passing would be a huge wrinkle to add to the offense, if they can get it down.

Good ideas so far, execution lacking.

Just a little bit.

Enbiid is a flopping sack of ****, always has been. He will never win a title, and I take solace in that fact.

Same here, I can't stand him and always enjoy watching him lose.

Is Embiid the most unlikeable star ever?

Embiid is just shameless. I just don't understand why opposing players just don't hammer the piss out of him, and let him know, "your gonna flop anyway, so I'm gonna make it count."

Shaq would have just annihilated this marshmallow.

He has two foul shots lol. You need to take solace in the Pistons not making the playoffs since 30 year old men were in middle school

No prob. Its just laughable that some of yall think Embiid needs to flop against your stout big men. Sixers have been called for 10 fouls while pistons 4...but Embiid is the flopper lol.

And you think it will do Philli any good? They aren't getting past Boston let alone the Bucks. 76ers don't have much better of a chance to reach the finals than we do. Embiid always folds like a soft punk when the competition gets tough.
