Steven Adams in a different era

Post#1 » by durantbird » Fri Dec 30, 2022 11:22 am

Could Steven Adams be an All-Star in a different era? All-NBA? Maybe 80s? 00s?

Highly efficient scoring, great rim protection, and rebounding. What era would maximize his achievements?

I'd love to see him in the 1970s when teams run a lot of offense that would suit Adams strengths - hand-offs, post playmaking and offensive rebounding. I wouldn't like to see him in Alonzo Mourning role though, that's not his style.

I think as is he's highly underrated, one of the best non-star players in the league for a long-time.

He would be serviceable/starting caliber in any era.
