if we go strictly era-relative, it might be close(skeptical bird actually matches up with the other three in impact but i don't really have positive evidence to make that case)
In an absolute sense though, I see KG, MJ, and Shaq as peers while bird is well below. Team 1 actually might fit better too(having two offensive stars without very good ball-handling capability is a bit tenuous), so team 1 seems pretty clear to me. And then you have the matter of KG's longetivity/career value being well ahead of Bird's extending a team's championship window
