Jaylen is questionable with a groin injury. Edit: he will play.

I'm super nervous about this game tonight lol. Seems like the Celts should win considering the Warriors are not good on the road but it seems like the Warriors should win considering they've owned the Celts lately. Really want a good performance from my guys in this one, pretty please.

If you want action, bet against Raps if they are ever up by 20 pts

If the Celtics can’t get this one there’s something wrong.

Well yeah, that's why I'm nervous haha. The Celtics should beat them but last several times they've played the Dubs something has been wrong with the Celtics.

I can see how at the beginning of the season how this could look like a good list of games. But with all the injuries and with GS not looking great (especially as of late), meh slate of games tonight. But ya totally get the thought process of why they thought this wouldve been good games when they made the schedule.

Good luck, Bisme!

Kuminga being out would somewhat offset Jaylen being gone, but I hope Jaylen plays. I know most non Warrior fans don't put much stock in him, but his tenacious on ball defense has been our poor man's GPII replacement. We really needed him last time, it's evident with our age we need someone to be able to expend a lot of energy on defense. No Iggy or Wiseman either (JaMychal Green is out too, but.. uh... we're good with that haha).

I just hope it's a close game we all get to enjoy regardless of outcome.

I'm glad to see the French fans having a fun time. They were giving Demar MVP chants haha.

On another note the announcers just said Wembanyama is "Tim Duncan with better offense."

I think Celtics fans are higher on the Warriors than Warriors fans are lol. We're still traumatized by the Finals and don't buy the Warriors .500 record at all. If we lose tonight the Cs board will be devastated hahaha.

NBA finals rematch should be interesting. To be frankly honest philly should easily beat the Blazers and Suns and Brooklyn match will be close given the injuries to both sides

 I can understand wanting revenge.

I poked around the Celtics bored after the Finals and after the last game where the Warriors won... Celtics fans are too hard on their team. Young players ascending vs. a dynasty squad is a really hard thing to deal with, I don't like hearing a small group of C fans calling JT a fraud and all that nonsense. The Celtics had some rough 7 game series against strong teams and the Finals started with the Celtics having played more recently and 2 games more. There was some fatigue factor, and our specialty is exhausting the opponent (at least it used to be -- that's why our 3rd quarters were usually so strong). I said it during the whole playoffs, as long as it was roughly even at the half, I was confident as chasing Curry/our fast pace around wears the other team out.

We have to actually be able to *get* to the Finals to be a problem for the Cs. Different teams have different match up issues, I think the Bucks would be scarier than the C's for us, but the Cs are built to handle the Bucks better. I think this gets lost at times as each season only 1 team can win.

JT does need to figure something out though, his drives to the hoop/close range hasn't been working like it usually does -- smart on-ball defenders in Looney/Draymond/Klay seem to bother him. I think the coaching staff deserves a little blame for not figuring some stuff out for JT (play wise, and over-using him minutes-wise), though JT obviously deserves more of the blame. I personally don't expect our success vs. him to continue at the level it has, wouldn't be surprised if he had a strong game tonight.

random prediction: anthony lamb scores 13 points off the bench.

not that noteworthy for a bench player, but he's one of gsw's 2-way players so cool to score double digits when you were expected to be an "end of the bench" type of player.

TNT should have switched to Portland vs Sixers game , since both Nets and Suns are very bad teams right now.
