Porzingis was considered the perfect modern big in NYK, including good defense and versatile scoring. Then when paired with Luka, he didn't meet expectations as the second star for a contender, partly because of availability issues, but also poor playoff performances.
Now in Wizards, he plays very good, but in a team that is not highly competitive.
It's still early to come to any conclusions about KP's career. But was he hurt from being paired with a ball dominant guard like Luka? Could he be more successful with a guard that shares the ball like CP3? Is his "downfall" situational or more related to his own performance or ability to fit in a winning team?

Re: Kristaps Porzingis
Luka shared with him all the time. KP is waaaaaaay too inefficient for a PF/C to be warranting so many touches. Also, he refuses to pass once he gets his face-up in a comfortable spot. Good luck to Wiz fans.
