This is weird.

I’m assuming he’ll just be a practice body/emergency depth/a locker room guy but he’ll probably end up averaging 20 minutes per game

Looking at social media, I feel like I’m the only Magic fan that hates this. I get it’s just an end of the bench spot, but that spot would be better used on someone with some potential and upside and more importantly, someone capable of shooting the ball from outside.

This FO’s obsession with turning their nose up at shooters is just absurd at this point.

My soccer club just lost a cup final, and then the Magic cheer me up with this inspirational end of bench signing haha

Like don't get me wrong, I get its squad filler, but we've seen what he can do and let him go before, we don't want to try anything new?
I still believe in Magic! Welcome to the Franz & Paolo era

He should’ve been out of basketball like 3 years ago but this organization just like printing him checks for being a nice guy.

We added a vet who won’t take any minutes from our core of young guards. We are a team defined by defense and he can help to continue to develop the guys there. Great leadership and locker room guy. He obviously doesn’t help in the shooting department and I’m fine with that given he won’t play.

Why not just sign Kevon and see if he turns into something? I get they probably did it for leadership and mentorship purposes (think of Haslem on Miami) as Ross is now gone but still.

Honestly I really loved what MCW brought to our team. I don't expect him to be in the rotation (nobody in that 15th spot would have been, whether they can shoot or not), but I can't hate on the organization for bringing back a positive veteran presence
11/18/2017 - I have officially disowned Nikola Vucevic and branded him a loser.

- Skal Labissiere was my guy in 2016 pre-trade. Whoops, but I still believe.
- Malik Monk was my guy in 2017. Whoops(?)
- Mo Bamba was my guy in 2018. TBD.

Well, he plays good D, so it will help our young players develop in terms of O during practice.

It's the end of the season and our goal is not winning games, so whatever, but it's kind of weird, because his last game was 2 years ago, so no one tried to sign him during this timespan... was he injured somehow? Anyway, he is 31, so not that old and his motor will be way better than Bamba's.

Love it, he adds to the culture that we are trying to mold here. I don’t even see him getting minutes but he’s a good guy to have around our young core.
