Lakers @ Warriors, Game 1, Tuesday 7PM PST, 9PM CST
LET'S F'N GOOOOO!!!!!!!
Keys To The Series:
1) LeBron James and Anthony Davis: They need to be special, especially LeBron.
2) Steal Home Court: Absolutely imperative we win either Game 1 or Game 2.
3) Defensive Rebounding: We'll play good enough D to force those guys into misses. AD and LeBron will basically be playing free safety off Draymond and Looney. If we can't secure defensive rebounds because those guys are out of position, we don't have much of a chance.
4) Make Open Shots: We're going to be given open looks. We can't shoot the way we did against Memphis and come out on top. There's no chance.
5) Troy Brown, Malik Beasley or Lonnie Walker: We need one of these guys to pop. Troy Brown looks completely afraid of the moment and Beasley isn't getting enough shots to find his rhythm. It might be time to dust off Lonnie Walker.
Before the playoffs, I predicted this match-up and I predicted the Warriors winning in 7 games. I hope I'm wrong.

I've been saying this. Let Lonnie play. That guy can score.

It’s interesting that ESPN has hopped into the Steph’s bandwagon pegging them as 4.5 favorites.
Let’s hope Curry won’t cook Ham tomorrow night.

Let’s go Lakers!
AD needs to be the full dominant defensive force he is or we won’t win. We can’t resort to LeBron ball or we will lose. AD needs to show up, every game. LeBron needs to be a defensive bully who rebounds. We’ll keep AD out of foul trouble by playing good perimeter defense and by playing Bamba a bit. Silver lining, D Lo will (should) be benched within two minutes after he gets blown by. Curious to see if Harrison perhaps brings a defensive punch at this level.
My prediction:
Lakers in 6.

I meant
expected to do or be something, based on an assumption or stereotype or past behavior (followed by for or an infinitive):
The son of a wealthy businessman, he was pegged to follow in his father’s footsteps.
This was a team pegged for greatness before they even set foot on the practice field.

I have no idea how this series is going to go at this point, so I'll probably skip the first half...
We've looked very comfortable against the Warriors recently... They seem to struggle against us... But that may be because we've sucked for the last few years and it just wasn't that important to them... So I'm going to let this one come to me, as they say.

Dlo shooting so trash.. Too many 3s and bricking everything. I thought he would finally turn the corner after that hot shooting game 6. But seems like he might give u 1good outta 5, 6 games again.

This warrior team take what would be considered bad shots in every era except this one. I’m a fan of Steph’s shooting, but not a fan of pretty much everyone else launching 3s. It’s to the point where it’s simply too many imo. Anyway I digress.
Let’s go Lakers!

Lakers surviving while AD is on the bench. I like the energy and effort that Gabriel brings to the game.
