Manchester City have won the Premier League after Arsenal lost 1-0 at Nottingham Forest.
City are now one step closer to completing a treble. City will play the FA Cup final against Manchester United at Wembley on June 10th followed by the Champions League final against Inter Milan on June 10th.
City next play on Sunday when they take on Chelsea at the Etihad Stadium.
