HELP with the Miami Heat Culture poster

Anyone that is good with photo-shop, can you please get rid of the guy in the middle and in place of him put Erik Spolstra preferably with a black shirt? I want to blow this picture up in a poster size but it needs a few modification. Thank you!

Its a hard one to take. WOuld be easier to find similar picture with all guys in the foreground, then play with brightness, put them in the backround of the doorway and just photoshop Spoelstra in. That would be easier it would just take different source material.
Photoshoping out Collin Farells Penquin out of this picture is a screw up job, because he takes so much place and hides the other details.
I would try to make something, but I have very little free time nowadays, but I just put a suggestion.

What's cringey about it? It's Andy Elisburg, the team's Senior Vice President of basketball operations going to visit the team.

Contrary to popular belief he is not a security guard for the Denver Nuggets.

I know that guy was not a security guard, doesn't make the picture and the context around it any less cringe.
