I would be very surprised if it was Universal Studios or Sea World or any other theme park in the area. Seems like the last thing they'd want to do is confuse tourists with their logo slapped on a building that isn't one they own and aren't getting any money out of.

They could pay a whole lot less and just get billboards :lol:

I would guess the true answer is AdventHealth; a "non-profit" that generates 1.5B in net revenue annually .
