Ant = IND Paul George?!

I'm curious what people think of this comparison. Obviously there's a simple height/positional difference, but in terms of play style I think it's a pretty good comp.

This makes Wade's poster on good ole' Andy V back in 2010 look like a somewhat above average dunk. My goodness..

Stylistically, I suppose. George is bigger, though, and has been efficient on average over his career. Much better in the middle spaces than Ant, which makes a difference. In terms of racking up PTS/REB/AST, sure, they both stuff the box score, but like... George is a better shooter, generally hits the O-boards more, and on the other end is a much better defender. Height/wingspan makes a difference, but there are a lot separation points between these two other than being athletic, dunking and hitting 3s.

That said, their development arc is similar. George needed time to figure things out, for sure.

I think ANT compared to 23 year old Paul George is definitely interesting.
