If it is top 6, I assume so. This team needs players and talent, waiting another year for an 11th pick in 2025 doesnt seem like a better deal than taking top 6 in 2024. No matter what the talking heads say about the draft. Its top 6 protected in 2025 too so you can still tank next year as well.

If the Raptors can't beat a Grizzlies team that's severely undermanned, we truly deserve the 6th pick in this draft.

First page real estate easy to come by these days

Should be a win

I feel IQ hasn't been playing the way I hoped to see, the Maxey comps have threw me off. Want to see better finish on drives and floaters

Do we want to keep the #6 pick? Yes. But first we need to get there.

It's way riskier to tank. We could easily get jumped in the lottery and Spurs get #7.

You should want these young guys to get play-in reps.

They cant tank, they are trying to win, just like the Pistons are trying to win. Essentially I am saying it doesnt matter. They will play, they will likely finish 6-9th worst and either move up or give the 7th to 10th pick to Spurs. Like if the pick is 7th or 10th, doesnt really matter. People will be pissed if its 7th pick but not pissed if its 10th pick? They can be pissed at the bad purtle trade as they should be and we all were at the time of the trade, but at this point it is what it is. This team is not making the playoffs so just let the dominos fall where they may.

Yea I'd rather just convey it this year and get it out of the way.

A win here would be huge for BBQ.

I'm for team convey the pick! Don't want to give SA a good pick in 2025 or 2026.

Get your priorities in order folks, this is the year to hand the pick to the Spurs, we must fight for the play-in.

We cant have Scottie out losing games after games to build any kind of BBQ confidence with the new coaching staff having already lost against Charlotte, Portland@home, Detroit and was down 20 at Spurs.

The norizzlies and their collection of double initial Jacksons (JJ, GG, AA? TT?) and next gen coalition (Pipper Jr, Williams Jr., Tillman Sr., Jackson Jr., Jackson ll, LaRavia lV?)

Vs.

One Schroeder.

Best case is we win enough games to get into the play-ins where spurs get the pick and then the pacers lose enough games to close the gap between the pick we lose and the pick we are owed.

Pacers pick this year is unprotected. Imagine if they collapse?
