Looking at guys who shoot more than 1 per game on average (minimum 50 attempts to qualify)
#1 Duncan Robinson 46.7%
#2 Bojan Bogdanovic 46.6%
#3 CJ McCollum 45.7%
#4 Lonnie Walker IV 45.3% (FA this summer 25 years old under the radar a bit perhaps)
#5 Kevin Huerter 44.8%
#6 Mike Conley 43.9%
#7 James Harden 42.9% (4.5 attempts per game most on this list)
#8 Jamal Murray 42.6%
#9 Marcus Sasser 42.6%
#10 Coby White 40.6%
#11 Kawhi Leonard 40.2%
That's some pretty elite company for young Marcus Sasser to be in. Some solid players in that group for sure.
The ability to create your own shot or side step a defender running out and you and make threes off the dribble is huge. Cade shoots these off the dribble threes at 31.6%, Ivey at 32.7%, Burks at a solid 38.3%. It's another reason why we should let Sasser play with the ball in his hands a bit more he has that scorer's ability to pull up or step back on someone both Cade and Ivey shoot the three ball a bit better in catch and shoot scenarios. Sasser is also draining catch and shoot threes at an ever higher percentage (45.7%) but the reality is fewer guys shoot the three ball that well off the dribble.

Doesn't matter. With Morris gone, Hayes will get all of his minutes, plus most, if not all of Sassers.
