I think I'd take the OP for TOR with one small tweak: Add in Temple, going to whichever team has an open roster spot

Allen fits into the TPE created in the Siakam trade, so this trade would leave TOR with a nice-sized TPE for Dennis as well as a couple of SRPs. Dennis is good value on his contract as a backup PG, but for a team in Toronto's situation he is replaceable in the FA market.

Phx is not trading all that for Dlo. Allen > Dlo without all those 2nds involved
