I know the Jazz are tanking but no loss to the Wizards at home would be considered a quality loss.

The real decision the Jazz FO is making is between Continuity, Cap Flexibility, and Cash Considerations.

If we don't win it... we are going to win any game more this season.

Lauri and Walker ae out....... Should be a big game for Collins and Hendricks...... On the other hand, Clarkson might be back, which could help the tank.......

Looks like the tank has begun in earnest. As for Porter Jr.:

I know the Jazz beat the worse team in the league at home but they were seriously undermanned as they also lost George and Hendricks early and had to play third-stringers and g-league players for much of the game. Sexton Clarkson and Collins were really good.

Oh, and even though it didn't count because it was after the buzzer, that Sexton dunk was very impressive.
