How to use:
1. Enter in the number of roster spots to properly account for cap holds. Use 12 if 12 or over
2. To reference the cap hold for a draft pick, use =Reference!C1 for 1st Overall... =Reference!C3 for 3rd Overall... =Reference!C4 for 4th Overall... etc.
3. Everything updates (cap space/tax space) on it's own based on what you input as salary.
4. The reference tab has a lot of info you may need to fill out the roster.
A few other notes:
142 Million Cap
172.6 Million Tax
172.6 + 7 = First Apron
172.6 + 17.5 = Second Apron
Cap space = Room MLE
Under tax, but above cap = Non Tax MLE but hardcapped to first apron
Over tax but under first apron = Non Tax MLE but hardcapped to first apron
Over first apron but under second apron = Tax MLE
Over second apron = No MLE
Under Tax
Up to $7.25 million in outgoing salary can bring back 200 percent plus $250,000
$7,250,001 to $29 million will be padded by a flat $7.5 million
Above $29 million will be limited to 125 percent plus $250,000
Over Tax, Under 1st Apron
125% of outgoing
Over 1st Apron, Under 2nd
Can't receive more than sending out
Over 2nd
Can't combine outgoing players or receive player via sign and trade

Just a tip when I run my mock offseason on this I save 2 versions... 1 that is the one in OP and a second that I play with to see what happens when I make certain trades and signings then I reset when I painted myself into a corner with any particular team.
