Grizzlies Minutes Record

I was scrolling through and saw this. Grizz now hold the record for most players in a season to log minutes. 31 players have played for Memphis this season.

It is wild that even with all the fluctuation in minutes/lineups this season, there currently are still 6 teams with worse records than them.

They should hang a banner of that banner.

But it would be so long it might obstruct spectators' views or even players' shots, so never mind.

If the Grizzlies handle their offseason right, they can be championship contenders next year.

They just gotta make sure they handle their draft pick properly and not pull a Warriors by trying to "rebuild" and win at the same time.

Not many people are watching, but the Grizzlies do have a lot to be proud of this season. 11th ranked defense with 4 starters and only 2 projected rotation players playing 60 games.

Jenkins is an elite coach.

Yeah it would seem so.

Pre pandemic the Grizzlies had 28 guys in the 2018-19 season.

Bucks and Wizards got up to 29 guys in the 2021-22 season.

Their G League players (call ups) 10 day contract players, 2 way players gettin a lot of playing time and experience this season!
Grizz were ravaged by injuries this season.

This will benefit them next season when they get healthy. Also a good draft pick. Will be back to being a good playoff team.

They are also well coached.

Can't wait for next year, we have a great opportunity to add another core member through draft or trade. Tough season but the Revenge Tour will be worth it.

Bucks won 51 the season where Lopez got injured and they just replaced him with temporary spare parts because the owners ran out of money. 29 players total.

It sucks to punt a season away but that's what happend in Memphis nothing you can do about it.

I suspect there have been a.number of guys who could have played more/missed less time if there was any point, but their season was basically over 15 games in.

imagine tanking that hard having 10 to 15 players in the injury list since January and you have still the worst 7th record.

this team is really good. lol.

I like to think I follow the league pretty close and I don't know 7 of them and one of the others I do know, I didn't know he was in the NBA.

Nah Trade them, since their 3p% is bad

Mixed season, lots of guys have played hard, They havent been completely horrible, considering its only really been JJJ whos been consistent,

having G.G. Jackson look good, Williams look good and the potential to get a good pick they can either use to grab a decent prospect for the 3 or throw it in and go for a good C or a SF is a positive

You cant take much in a season like this
