You got all laker fans crying for him not calling timeouts to stop Denver runs and now they're crying he should have saved them lol

I haven't seen Lakers fans complain about saving TOs; however, I have seen fans complain about Ham's rotations and lack of feel for the game. To be clear, using a TO during AD's injury came back to haunt them. Additionally, losing a TO after winning a second challenge certainly doesn't help, but the league has to look into that.

That rule has been the same for every team all year but now that it happened to the Lakers, the nba needs to look at it? Crazy part is that I think you're right and that the league will change it solely because it's the Lakers lol

These dudes got 27 fts to 9 fts while being on the road. I don't fault the fans though, they must think they're entitled to every call because that's how the nba has been favoring them lol.

So you agree it was a foul but Lakers just can't get them all because that's basketball lmao

It looks like bad contact in the still, but in real time the defender stopped and the shooter ran a few steps into him before jumping into his body.

The refs are never going to call a foul on end of game heaves like that. That'd be giving the game to the Lakers, literally.

What an absolute joke of a whistle the Nuggets got. If that continues, there is no way they beat the T-Wolves. I don't understand why they don't get the calls that literally anybody else seem to get.

There are no quotes that he could say that would satisfy these kinds of people.

They keep bringing up the "it's just basketball" quote, which is either a troll or an embarrassing ignoring of context.

He was asked how the role players stress/pressure can effect playoff play. He said they were professionals and you're supposed to feel the pressure. Yes, you are supposed to feel it, but you gotta go out and play because it's just basketball. What's the worst that can happen? You have a bad game and move on, which is actually what Dlo did after game 3  seems like it was decent advice

It’s not really just about that quote though. It’s more about his attitude when things don’t go his way, he’s been around for 20+ years, there are plenty of examples of this. If the Lakers would have eliminated the Nuggets he would have expected everyone to bow down and proclaim him the goat. He loses and can’t even stick around to shake their hands.

You guys love the shaking hands things, but MJ and Kobe did it too. It's just such nitpicking. Everyone wants these players to be so competitive, go at each other, fight if need be, show that animosity, and stop with the lovey dovey stuff and when it happens, everyone cries. I don't think these things are all that important really

Agreed.

MPJ averaged 22/8 on 55% FG and 49% from three. Jamal had the two game winners, but they don't even get there without MPJ's play and own big shots.

Jamal averaged 24/5/7 but only shot 40% from field and 29% from three. Though he obviously made the shots when it mattered most and had huge 4th quarters.

Jokic averaged 26/16/10 on 59/33/93 splits. Insane stats but he just never really felt like he truly made his mark on this series, which is crazy to say with those numbers. I guess that's just how damn good he is though.

Jokic, Murray, Gordon, KCP, and Reggie Jackson took 74 shots and got 1 FT attempt. On the Lakers, Prince, Hayes, and Dinwiddie got 8 FT attempts on 8 shots

And that's the whole point of all this man.
It was a real foul and Lakers should've had a chance to tie or win it no matter if it's a last second prayer.

Nuggets would've still had 0.7 on the clock and a timeout to give Murray and the Nuggets a chance to win the game.

I guarantee if Denver was down 2 points like the Lakers
And Murray was the one shooting that "Prince" Half court shot he would've got that call vs the Lakers and you know it
Bronny will become Murray 2.0

It wasn't a foul man, just stop with this nonsense. Prince jumped forward where KCP was already planted.

No they wouldn't have. Prince literally lunged into the defender so he could heave the ball. They aren't calling a foul on that 99.99% of the time.

The Lakers had a huge FT advantage. The Lakers bench alone had 8 FT's, to the whole Denver team with 9. If they would've made those FT's (only 66%) they would've won by 5+ pts easily.

That's just crazy. Congress should investigate the NBA for obvious bias in officiating. There is billions being on wagered on these games, and the league is blatantly rigging the officiating in favor of the Lakers.
