Putting this here and in fun facts and unreal stats. It is so nice it needs to be said twice.

“In game 1 when the Wolves ran ball screens, and Murray was covering the ball handler while Jokic covered the screener, the Nuggets gave up over 2 points per screen.”

We win this one in OT...116-110.

How long is the NBA season? They need to make it longer than 9 months so less chance baby due in playoffs. Maybe he was expecting to be home by now? :D

It'll be hard, but we already ensured at least a split in Denver before coming back home. Anything tonight is gravy!

Exactly. No Gobert would just mean a big role for Kyle Anderson, one he's shown he can handle. If we were going from Gobert to Leonard Miller, I'd be worried. This is why we have the depth we do.

If no Gobert, this will be a tough ask. He is far and away our second most important player. But I, and I’m sure the team, 100% supports his desire to be at the birth of his child.

Just means this is going to be a Naz 30 point explosion.

If Rudy had flown away then I think the league requires him to be ruled out. If he didn’t fly away, then maybe he could play. I am very curious to learn if this had anything to do with his child. Perhaps it was a parent or a friend and he needed to deal with things on the phone or on zoom. We just don’t know yet.

Fines from Embiid and I believe Mitchell Robinson returning. They made it clear that questionable is not an acceptable status for when there is not a question.

I don't think this is true. The Jazz once had a player flown in, and police escorted to the arena by the second quarter of a playoff game.

I think he can show up anytime to play if he chooses.

Of course that was years ago so maybe rules have changed. Or it depends on the context, like a birth of a child.

But there is a question. Even if he did fly away.
