Dumars was basically the Bad Boys "silent assassin." Jrue's only ring has come in a more reduced role.

Very similar players relative to era. But to answer the question, I'd go with Joe. He was more capable of leading the team in scoring if needed (though Jrue did so 1 season on the Sixers) and of course, he got a much-deserved FMVP in 1989. I'd say Joe's peak is 1989 to 1995 while Jrue is 2017 to 2023 if I'm being generous.
