The New York Knicks are lining up contingency plans for their center position this offseason. New York is limited in what they can offer Isaiah Hartenstein, because they only have his Early Bird rights.
One option for the Knicks, if Hartenstein leaves in free agency, could be Goga Bitadze of the Orlando Magic. Bitadze is an unrestricted free agent this summer after spending the last year-plus with Orlando.
New York has also discussed trades involving Mitchell Robinson, but nothing seems close there. The Knicks are unlikely to make any move involving Robinson until after the NBA Draft is completed this week.
