NBC will become home of the NBA All-Star Game beginning with the 25-26 season as part of its media rights deal with the league, sources tell Front Office Sports. NBC would televise the Slam Dunk and Three-Point contests on Saturday and the All-Star Game on Sunday. The 2026 All-Star Game will take place in Inglewood at the Intuit Dome.
TNT and TBS have aired 22 consecutive All-Star Games dating back to 2003. NBC held it before then from 1990 until 2002.
This year’s 2024 All-Star Game telecast averaged 5.5 million viewers across TNT, TBS, and truTV.
