I hate to see such a talented player's career derailed by injuries. However, in this case, it highly benefits our team thanks to the Clips desire to make that trade.

Looking back, Ballmer had to go for it. That's the type of combo that could have won a Finals, they just had poor injuries. It was just a risk that has severely outpaced the rewards. Thankfully it was us and not other teams that got this picks package.

Other NBA news--

Towns to NYK
Randle/Divencenzo to MIN

Embiid will not play b2bs ??
PG has a bone bruise

Lonzo played for the first time in 1000+ days in preseason (he looked decent, hopefully stays healthy)

I used to get so mad that the thunder were always given the late start time despite being in central time zone. Seriously, the west coast is heaven for a sports fan. NBA games start at 4pm here.

I'm West coaster too, but OK-born so transient to this side. I love the 630 pacific start time for the 'late' game  It's perfect.
