Paul George and Joel Embiid will miss the Philadelphia 76ers' game on Saturday night against the Grizzlies.
Both players have yet to appear for the Sixers this season.
George, who is out due to a bone bruise in his knee, participated in practice and scrimmage on Friday.
Embiid also fully participated in practice and scrimmage. Sources add it was the first time this season that the center completed a 5-on-5 scrimmage with his teammates.
The Grizzles will be without Desmond Bane and Marcus Smart in the matchup, with both players week-to-week.
