Clingan strong 1st qtr, 8 boards 2-3 blocks

Playing teams back to back is not good for a tank. HOU looks disinterested so far.

even though the call went their way, why the hell would you challenge so early in the game? You miss that call, that’s it. You don’t get another one.

So many inept plays by POR on the offensive end

POR length has caused some problems for HOU, however if those players can’t hit shots consistently, it negates any positives on the defensive end

Clingan officially 2 blocks but more importantly in a way zero fouls.

Great pass by Clingan to Sharpe on a back door cut

Clingan good board & pass to Grant who is fouled

Avdija with a couple of good defensive plays

HOU can’t buy a bucket

Sengun’s craftiness is effective vs Clingan

For as bad as HOU has played in the first half and only be down by 2pts, does not bode well for POR

Would like to see Clingan get some shot attempts. Do far only one attempt.

Doesn’t matter how many offensive rebounds Clingan gets if teammates can’t hit outside shots, he definitely needs to work on his post moves, he needs to take some of those for himself, for the betterment of the team, and fans’ sanity

Camara out on the floor to start 3Q, has 4 fouls, bad player management by coaching staff in the first half should’ve never got the 4th

Simons’with a wild drive, then is slow to get back on defense, as per usual

Clingan picks up his 4th foul.

Nice steal by DC, then a block, then forces a wild shot from Brooks, then hurt m, almost gets another block. Wild, but good sequence of events

Hopefully nothing serious, but he may be done for the night.

HOU up 1, now we will see what happens when DC is not in the game.

Nice 3 by Avdija, its’ coming around

Reath is just not good

Great drive by Avdija, then a steal. He is single-handedly keeping POR in this game.

Good 1v1 move by Sharpe vs Thompson, but can’t hit the shot

Banton goes 1v2, misses badly as he yells “and 1”, doesn’t get back on defense, but thankfully Avdija is there again with good defense to deny a score at end of 3Q

UK on UK violence, as Sheppard drives into Sharpe, coughs up the ball and Shaedon takes it back for a score

Avdija board then pass, leads to Murray 3. Amazing what happens when you put the ball in his hands instead of some other players who shall not be named.

I would’ve thought with Clingan out that Sengun would have a field day, but Avdija has been playing good defense on him, impressive

DC back in, tough D vs Sengun

DC and Deni are the reason POR is even in this game, send them to the bench now Billups

HOU about to FAAFO

Donovan dunk that!!

As a UO grad, I am embarrassed to claim Dillon Brooks. Just not a fan of his “poor man’s Draymond” impersonation

Bad FT misses by Camara, I can hear the Schnoz

Great block by Avdija vs Sengun, is that his 4th?

Avdija 33nin, 8-9? above his average. Maybe they should play him more?

Calabro praising Billups, he had nothing to do with it

I think that he is the backup center when RW3 is unavailable.

I love the late game block of Sengun, gather it in and lead the fast break, that was awesome, he had FOUR blocks tonight!

I mean, you can almost see the vision,

Clingan @ C, Deni @ SF, Flagg @ PF, that would be epic, however, I don’t think that’s gonna happen because POR keeps winning games that they shouldn’t

Bailey @ SF, Deni PF could work as well

Maybe even Demin\Sharpe\Camara\Deni

I would think Portland would prefer an offensive threat (assuming Grant is traded)
on a front court with Deni/Donovan. A player like LA would be a great fit.
