Joel Embiid has been ruled out by the Philadelphia 76ers for Saturday's game against the Detroit Pistons with both left knee injury management and personal reasons.
Embiid most recently played at the Memphis Grizzlies on Wednesday, November 20th when he scored 35 points to go with 11 rebounds.
Embiid has only played in four games this season as he has dealt with knee issues plus a three-game suspension for shoving a columnist.
